Skid steer clearing brush on a wooded lot

Land Clearing in Soddy-Daisy, TN

Soddy-Daisy and Sale Creek

Ridge timber behind the lake lots

North Hamilton County along Highway 27 and Highway 58 mixes steep ridge woods under Flat Top Mountain with soft creek bottoms and Chickamauga Lake frontage. Sale Creek and Harrison Bay hold the same split: dry cedar and privet on the ridge, saturated ground near the water.

Owners of 5-to-50-acre tracts usually want pasture back, a hunting trail, or a gravel drive that survives a wet spring. Shoreline work near the lake can also need a TVA Section 26a permit. We mulch the upland brush and talk through access before we quote a low, wet corner.

What we offer

What Soddy-Daisy tracts usually need

These are the land services described across our site. Each card links to more detail on the main services page.

Forestry mulching

Grind brush and small woody growth into a chip layer that stays on the ground, useful when you want vegetation reduced without a full haul-away.

Site considerations

Lake season versus ridge ground

Eastern red cedar, sweetgum, privet, and briars close fence rows fast. Mulching puts that material down as a chip layer and leaves the pasture grass a chance to return.

A drive to a lake lot has to sit above the wet season. We look at the trailer path first. If the only way in is a soft ditch, we say so before the machine is loaded in Ringgold.

What you can count on

We do not publish city-specific project galleries or reviews on this page yet. These are the same practical values we share company-wide.

Dependable equipment

Modern machines sized for residential lots and commercial clearings — maintained so work stays on schedule.

Practical support

Clear answers on scope, timing, and what to expect on site — so you are not left guessing mid-project.

Project-ready service

From brush clearing to finished rough grade, we focus on leaving lots ready for whatever comes next.

FAQs

Soddy-Daisy questions

Straightforward answers about land clearing and how to reach us from our Serving Chattanooga.

FAQ - 01

Do you clear Sale Creek and Bakewell?

Yes, when the haul from Ringgold still fits the job. Send the gate location and roughly how many acres are in brush.

FAQ - 02

Can you cut hunting trails?

Yes. Trails and food-plot edges are mulching work. We flag the trees you want kept.

FAQ - 03

What about the lake bank?

Clearing vegetation on a Chickamauga shoreline can require TVA approval. Confirm that before we work the water’s edge.
