Grind brush and small woody growth into a chip layer that stays on the ground — useful when you want vegetation reduced without a full haul-away.
MULCH
Forestry mulching grinds thick brush, saplings, and small woody growth directly into a protective topsoil chip layer without hauling every stem off your property. Paired with our 2025 Bobcat T66 Track Loader and 2026 Bobcat E55 Excavator, we open overgrown lots, fence lines, and trails quickly and cleanly.
Before the machine starts, we walk the lot and flag keeper trees you want left standing. The head grinds brush and woody stems up to 6–8 inches into a chip layer that stays on the ground, so a job that can stay mulched needs no burn pile and no haul-off. A residential acre of moderate brush is often about a day; denser hardwood undergrowth takes longer. On steep bluffs such as Signal Mountain and Lookout Mountain, mulching leaves the roots in the slope. Kudzu and Chinese privet resprout after one pass, so those lots need a follow-up plan rather than a single visit.

Mulch small woody stems and dense overgrowth without uprooting or damaging mature keeper trees.
Leave a protective wood-chip blanket that retains soil moisture and slows runoff on sloped terrain.
Eliminate dump truck trips, burn piles, and haul-off costs when organic material can stay on site.
Mulching reduces brush in place — these services cover clearing, grading, and the groundwork that often follows on the same property.

Not always. Mulching focuses on grinding vegetation in place. Land clearing opens a defined footprint for building, pasture, or a cleaner lot line and may combine with other site work.
